Armando Botti, MA, BCBA, LBA, is a seasoned professional in the field of behavioral health, currently serving as the Director of Data and Operation Analytics at Empower Behavioral Health since March 2017. With a diverse background encompassing roles such as Business Intelligence Analyst, Insurance Review and Appeal Specialist, Clinical Director, and Clinical Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Armando has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of behavioral intervention and data analysis. Prior experience includes serving as a Registered Behavior Technician at ABA Center For Excellence from December 2014 to January 2017, where responsibilities involved the implementation of behavior intervention plans and training for other technicians. Armando holds a Master's Degree in Special Education and Teaching from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Brownsville.
