Kylie Siders, BCBA, LBA has extensive work experience in the field of applied behavior analysis. Kylie served as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Empower Behavioral Health starting in October 2022, and before that, they were the Director of Clinical Operations, Regional Operations Director, and Regional Clinical Director at the same company. Prior to their roles at Empower Behavioral Health, they worked as a Clinical BCBA from January 2019 to April 2021 at the same company. Before that, from March 2012 to December 2018, they were a Clinical Manager at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. (CARD).

Kylie Siders, BCBA, LBA, holds a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Law and Society at the University of California, Riverside from 2008 to 2012. In 2015, they became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Kylie also holds additional certifications, including being a Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst and a People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM.
