Fiona Sparacio

Fiona Sparacio has a diverse work history that spans various roles in the legal and corporate fields. Fiona began their career at Palm Bay International in 2004 as a Compliance Specialist/Paralegal, where they worked until 2013. Following this, Fiona joined Le Pain Quotidien as a Corporate Paralegal for five years. Fiona then moved on to Momofuku, where they served as a Legal Manager from 2018 to 2019. Fiona's next role was at Paris Baguette America, where they held the position of Legal Director of Corporate and Business Development until 2023. Currently, they are the Director of Corporate and Franchise Administration at Empower Brands.

Fiona Sparacio has a Master of Arts degree in Italian Literature from McGill University. Fiona also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages and Linguistics from McMaster University.
