Frederick Wu

Frederick Wu is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as the Information Technology Network Manager at Empower Brands since December 2022. Previously, Frederick held various roles including Senior Systems Analyst and Systems Analyst at LYNX Franchising LLC from December 2015 to December 2022, where responsibilities included remote technical support, network administration, and management of corporate network systems. Frederick also gained valuable experience as an Information Technology Intern and Help Desk Technician at InterContinental Hotels Group from May 2014 to November 2015, providing technical support and resolving service requests for numerous hotel locations worldwide.
