Terek Cope

Terek Cope currently serves as the Director of Safety & Quality at Empower Solar, Inc. since January 2024. Previously, Terek held various roles at Infinity Energy INC, including Senior Manager of Corporate Operations, where responsibilities included managing multiple departments such as Service and Quality, and Sr Manager of QA and Field Training, focusing on quality assurance for field technicians. Terek's experience at Sunrun involved quality checks on photovoltaic systems, and Terek held several Operations Manager positions at Vivint Solar, overseeing operations, safety, and training while establishing new offices and teams. Terek earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Utah Valley University.
