Dr. Scott Leuchter - Psyd

Dr. Scott Leuchter has over a decade of experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources and organizational development. Currently, they serve as the Chief People Officer at Empower Pharmacy, where they focus on providing quality medication to patients. Prior to this, Dr. Leuchter co-founded People Puzzle LLC, an organization dedicated to improving employee experiences in the workplace. Dr. Scott has also worked as a principal and global practice leader at The Hackett Group, where they specialized in HR transformation practices. In addition, they have held advisory board positions at Talmetrix and Origami Owl, and served as a senior client partner at Korn Ferry. Dr. Leuchter has also worked as the CEO at Pronovo Consulting, where they helped organizations achieve superior performance. Dr. Scott has taught as an adjunct instructor at Cornell University and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Scott Leuchter has a diverse educational background. Dr. Scott obtained a Chief Human Resources Officer Program certificate from Wharton Executive Education in 2023, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. In 2013, they earned a Doctorate of Psychology, Psy.D., from The Chicago School, focusing on Business Psychology with a Consulting Specialization. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School in 2010. Dr. Leuchter's undergraduate studies were in Public Administration, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University between 1989 and 1994. Dr. Scott has also obtained several certifications, including the SHRM SCP Senior Certified Professional from SHRM in 2015 and the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from the HR Certification Institute in 2007.
