Brooke Hauser

Brooke Hauser is an accomplished professional with a background in customer service and communication. Currently serving as a Participant Communication Analyst at Empower since July 2023, Brooke supports the development and delivery of participant communication materials. Prior experience includes roles such as Shift Supervisor at Sundae School Ice Cream Parlor, where responsibilities encompassed managing a high-volume customer base and training team members, and Shift Leader at Ciccio Restaurant Group, overseeing customer satisfaction and food preparation across multiple locations. Additionally, Brooke gained valuable experience as a Participant Communication Intern at Empower and as a Hostess at Conrads Restaurant. Brooke holds a Finance degree from the University of Tampa, obtained in 2023.
