Jill Byrd

Jill Byrd, CPP, has extensive experience in payroll and HR operations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Payroll/HR Operations at Empower since June 2015. Jill has held a progression of roles within the company, including Director of Payroll/HR Operations, Director of Payroll, and Senior Manager of Payroll. Prior to this, Jill worked at FMC Technologies Completion Services, Inc. as Payroll Manager from February 2011 to June 2015 and at Pure Energy Services Limited as Payroll Manager from February 2011 to October 2012. Jill began their career in payroll management at Chuck Latham Associates, Inc., where the role of Payroll Manager was held from January 2006 to February 2011.
