Lakshmi Narayana Patwari

Lakshmi Narayana Patwari has extensive experience in software engineering and project management, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Empower since November 2015, with prior titles of Development Manager and Assistant Manager. In this role, Lakshmi leads a team of 20 developers in core recordkeeping, manages stakeholder relationships, oversees resource planning, and participates in organization-wide initiatives. Previously, Lakshmi held various positions at Aricent Group, including Engineering Project Manager and Technical Leader, focusing on project planning, resource allocation, and leading development activities. Earlier career highlights include roles at IBM Global Business Services and HCL Technologies, concentrating on software enhancement and bug fixing. Lakshmi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Gulbarga University and completed a Pre University Course in Science at LVD College Raichur.
