Lara Beare

Lara Beare is a seasoned executive assistant with significant experience in high-profile corporate environments. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Empower since September 2014, Lara has previously held similar roles at J.P. Morgan from May 2011 to August 2014 and at Target from April 2002 to January 2011, where support was provided to the Group Vice President. Earlier in the career, Lara worked as an Administrative Assistant at Pillsbury Co from January 2000 to November 2001. Lara holds a Bachelor's degree in American Government and Politics from Texas State University, which was attained between 1989 and 1993, and completed general education at Pflugerville High School from 1985 to 1989.
