Taryn Hamen-Johnson

Taryn Hamen-Johnson serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Empower since April 2016, where Taryn develops and implements strategies to attract and retain quality associates while partnering with leadership on workforce planning. Previous roles include leadership positions in talent acquisition and human resources at Arrow Electronics, Orica, and Western Union, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR support, recruitment strategy execution, and performance management. Taryn's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Regis University and an Associate's Degree in Business from Arapahoe Community College.
