Artie Bauhng

Artie Bauhng has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. In 1996, they began their career as an HR Supervisor and Recruiter at Winterland Productions. Artie then moved to WaveSplitter Technologies in 1999, where they served as HR Manager. In 2007, they joined MagnaChip Semiconductor as an HR Manager. In 2009, they became the Director of Human Resources at Comtech Xicom Technology, where they were a member of the executive management team. In 2017, they joined One Workplace as the Director of Human Resources, where they managed a team of 5 HR staff. In 2020, they became the Senior Human Resources Manager at Innovate Public Schools, where they served as a top HR expert and resource for a non-profit organization in the SF Bay Area and Los Angeles County. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources at Empower Semiconductor.

Artie Bauhng obtained their MBA from San Jose State University in the field of Business Administration and their BA from the University of California, Berkeley in Psychology.
