Jennifer Wallace- Ogletree

Jennifer Wallace-Ogletree is an experienced professional in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as a member of empowER: The Employee Relations Community since November 2021. Jennifer has held various leadership positions at Luminant, including Director of Employee Relations and Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included driving business results through effective HR management and ensuring policy consistency across the organization.
