Additionally, Rebecca is a member of empowER: The Employee Relations Community and has previously held leadership roles at Krispy Kreme as Vice President of Talent Development, Ingersoll Rand as Director of Global Talent Management & Leadership Development, and various positions at KONE, including Area Human Resources Director for West & South Europe & Africa. Early career experience includes roles at Nissan North America and Honeywell. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a BA in History from Northwestern University.
