Tama Donovan has extensive experience in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as a Member of empowER: The Employee Relations Community since November 2016. Since January 2014, Tama has held the position of Director, Global Employee Relations at Wellington Management. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources Compliance, Risk and Audit, Vice President, Director of HR Policy and Compliance, and Vice President and Counsel at State Street Bank from June 2007 to December 2013. Additionally, Tama was a Junior Partner at Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering Hale and Dorr from September 1998 to June 2007. Educational qualifications include a JD from Boston College Law School and a degree from Hamilton College.
