Brad Andrews

Brad Andrews has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. In 2008, they started their career as a Physical Therapist at Cariant Health Partners, where they worked until 2009. Brad then joined ADVANCED HEALTH SYSTEMS, INC. as a Physical Therapist from 2009 to 2010. Brad continued their career at All Florida Orthopaedic Associates as a Physical Therapist from 2010 to 2012, and then at Restorative Therapy as a Physical Therapist from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they became a Co-CEO at Salus Physical Therapy, where they served until 2020 when they were promoted to President and COO, a role they held until 2022. Later in 2022, Brad joined EmpowerMe Wellness as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations EmpowerMe Southeast, and they subsequently became the Senior Vice President of Product Implementations. In 2023, they assumed the position of Senior Vice President of Integrated Excellence, a role on EmpowerMe's Center of Excellence team and department.

Brad Andrews completed their Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University at Buffalo's School of Public Health and Health Professions from 2002 to 2008. Brad also obtained a Post-Crisis Leadership Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2020.
