Kassandra Coria Silva has extensive experience in customer experience management, currently serving as Sub Gerente Experiencia Clientes at Empresas SB since November 2017, with previous roles including Jefe Experiencia Clientes and Analista Experiencia Clientes for Preunic and Salcobrand, respectively. Prior to this, Kassandra held a research internship at Universidade Federal da Integração Latino-Americana (UNILA), contributing to the critical questioning and civic education project within MERCOSUR from April 2014 to December 2015, and completed a professional practicum with the Municipalidad Foz de Iguazú in 2015. Kassandra holds a Diplomado in Advanced Techniques in Social Data Analysis from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from UNILA.
