María Paz Sanhueza

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana also works as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching applied mathematics and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
