Alan N.

Alan N. has a diverse work experience in the field of design and customer service. Alan started their career as a Contract Graphic Designer at Konnessi in 2007. Alan then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Foxwoods Resort Casino from 2007 to 2014, where they assisted executives with credit applications and maintained client records. In 2012, Alan joined Top Choice Books LLC as a Lead Graphic Designer, where they produced media such as newsletters and banners, leading to increased sales and client interest. From 2014 to 2015, Alan worked at Teespring as a Design Support, resolving calls and emails from clients. Alan then joined Mercer as a Customer Service Specialist in 2015, where they tracked and resolved customer requests. In the same year, they also worked at LSI as a Graphic Designer/Production Artist, creating print-ready files and modifying art using Adobe software. From 2016 to 2019, Alan worked at Optamark Printing & Marketing Corp as a Graphic Designer/Production Manager/Business Development Executive, managing design and print requests and designing pieces for clients. Currently, Alan works at Emprise Corporation as a Visual Designer, assisting with the design and development of guides and manuals for software products.

Alan N. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate's Degree in Fine Arts from Northwestern Connecticut Community College between 2003 and 2005. Before their college education, they earned their HS diploma in Fine and Studio Arts from Wamogo Regional High in the year 2002.
