Carl Will

Carl Will has extensive work experience in marine engineering and naval operations. Carl currently works as the Marine Engineering Specialists Team Lead at Emprise Corporation. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team and overseeing marine engineering projects.

Prior to their current role, Carl worked as the Maintenance Work Package Developer for Military Sealift Command Ships at Emprise Corporation. Here, they were involved in developing and executing maintenance plans for military ships.

Before joining Emprise Corporation, Carl had a long career in the US Navy. Carl held various positions, including Moored Training Ship 626 Electrical Division Executive Manager, Nuclear Power Training Unit Leading Crew Chief, Electrical Division Leading Chief Petty Officer/Assistant Engineering Department Master Chief, NNPTC Reactor Plant Technologies Instructor & Student Advisor, Electrical Division Leading Petty Officer/Engineering Department Training Assistant, and Student & Junior Staff Instructor.

In these roles, Carl demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in managing electrical power generation and distribution equipment. Carl was responsible for training and certifying personnel, ensuring the smooth operation of nuclear power plants, and executing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.

From 2018 to 2020, Carl Will attended Thomas Edison State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician.
