James Sosinski has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical engineering. James started their career in 1997 as an Electrician's Mate in the US Navy, where they operated and maintained electrical systems on a nuclear submarine. James then worked as a Watch Officer Training Assistant, overseeing shift operations, training military and civilian operators, and qualifying Naval Officers as Senior Watch Officers on a Naval Nuclear Propulsion Plant.

Afterwards, James served as a Lead Electrician and then as a Chief Electrician on a US Navy nuclear submarine. In these roles, they were responsible for the maintenance and operation of all electrical power generation and distribution equipment. Additionally, they mentored and trained a division of electricians, fostering teamwork and camaraderie among the team.

From 2006 to 2013, James also worked at the Naval Sea Systems Command Performance Monitoring Team. As a Chief Electrician in this role, they performed inspections, maintenance, and repairs that required specialized training and certifications. James also collaborated with Naval Engineers to review data and improve maintenance intervals and equipment life cycles. James was certified by Naval Sea Systems Command as a Circuit Breaker Technician and Level 2 Infrared Thermal Imaging Inspector.

Most recently, James worked at Emprise Corporation as a Condition Monitoring Engineer, starting in 2017. The details of their role in this position are not provided.

James Sosinski attended Linden High School from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained their high school degree. In addition to their high school education, James has received several certifications. James became a Level III Infrared Thermographer from the Infraspection Institute in July 2019. Furthermore, they became an ISO Category II Vibration Analyst from the Technical Associates of Charlotte in May 2022. Lastly, they obtained the certification of Level II Machinery Lubricant Analyst from the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) in June 2018.
