Angela Ferrandino

Angela Ferrandino has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Angela is currently working at EmPRO Insurance as a Claims Operations Manager, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, Angela worked at GEICO, where they held various roles. From January 2023 to June 2023, they served as a Service Operations Supervisor. Before that, they were a part of GEICO's Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development Team from March 2021 to January 2023. Angela also had a role in the Claims Technical Track Rotation from May 2018 to March 2021, and they served as the Claims Support Training Supervisor from September 2016 to May 2018. From September 2012 to August 2016, Angela was an Underwriting Training and Education Corporate Trainer. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Customer Service Supervisor from May 2008 to September 2012 and as an Insurance Underwriter from April 2005 to May 2008.

Angela Ferrandino obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & Technology from Farmingdale State College in 2017. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Suffolk County Community College in 2014. In addition to their degrees, Angela also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from GEICO, obtained in August 2012, and SM-18 Certification from The Institutes CPCU Society, obtained in April 2008.
