Stephanie Coppin is an experienced professional in the food science and nutrition industry, currently serving as R&D Manager and Product Manager at EMPWR Nutrition Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at Barry Callebaut Group from February 2016 to January 2023, where responsibilities included R&D Product Expert Specialist, Global R&D Project Lead, and Global R&D Junior Project Lead. Earlier experience includes positions at Ghent University in the Department of Food Safety and Food Quality as a Scientific Researcher and Assistant from August 2014 to January 2016. Stephanie holds a Master of Science degree in Bio-science Engineering, specializing in Food Science and Nutrition from Ghent University, completed between 2009 and 2014, and an ASO diploma in Latin-Sciences-Mathematics from Sint-Jozefsinstituut, situated in Knokke-Heist, obtained from 2003 to 2009.
