Jonathan Rosser

Jonathan Rosser has a strong background in client services and operations, primarily in the benefits solutions industry. Jonathan started their career at Mercer in 2006, where they served as a Client Services Team Leader until 2009. Jonathan then moved on to Empyrean Benefit Solutions as a Sr. Client Services Manager from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, they were promoted to Director of Operations and Client Services at the same company, a role they held until 2017. From 2017 to 2023, Jonathan worked as the Sr. Director of Operations and Client Services at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. Jonathan is currently the VP of Client Services at Empyrean since 2023.

Jonathan Rosser holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Houston.
