Melissa Conn

Melissa Conn has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Melissa began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at RITE AID in 1997. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as a Consultant at Morneau Sobeco. Melissa then joined PCI Insurance, Inc. and PA Chamber of Business & Industry as the Director of Benefits Administration from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they held the positions of Account Manager and Senior Account Manager at Aliquant Corporation from 2004 to 2009. Melissa then moved to Morneau Shepell, where they worked as a Senior Manager of US Client Services from 2009 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations & Client Services at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. starting from January 2019.

Melissa Conn completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh from 1993 to 1997. Melissa later pursued a Master's degree in HR Management and Industrial Relations at Saint Francis University from 1999 to 2001.
