RJ Kosadnar has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. RJ has worked as the Director of Vendor Management and Facilities at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc., where they have overseen day-to-day facility operations, staff management, and large-scale renovations. RJ has also served as the Senior Contracts Manager, responsible for contract negotiation, development, and administration. Additionally, at UnitedHealthcare, they played a role in building the Medicaid network in Texas and managed the contracts database. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at CoastalComp Health Networks and Rockport Healthcare Group, focusing on network development and contracting. Their earlier experience includes roles in network services and sales management. Before entering the healthcare field, they gained experience as the General Manager of Shooter's Billiards, where they successfully increased sales and controlled costs.

RJ Kosadnar obtained an MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Western Governors University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Texas A&M University between 1993 and 1998.
