Carol Barbee

Carol Barbee is the Chief Clinical Officer at Empyrean Hospice since June 2023. Prior to this role, Carol has held the same position at Bristol Hospice from January 2022 to August 2023, and at CURO Health Services from June 2014 to November 2021. Carol also served as a VP Clinical & Office Operations Support at Amedisys from April 1997 to May 2016. With a background in nursing and extensive experience in clinical operations, Carol has been instrumental in overseeing and developing clinical programs, ensuring quality and accreditation, and successfully integrating numerous acquisition sites in the home health and hospice industry.
