Ben Wostoupal

Ben Wostoupal is a water resources engineer who currently works for Emrgy. Ben has previously worked for CDM Smith, Vieux & Associates, Inc., the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, Colorado State University, Sojern, and Monsanto Company.

Ben Wostoupal graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in civil engineering in May 2018. Ben worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at CSU for two years before taking a position as a campaign coordinator with Sojern in September 2015. Ben Wostoupal left Sojern in June 2016 to work as a support and communications analyst with Monsanto Company. Ben left Monsanto Company in January 2014 to pursue a career in water resources engineering.

Ben Wostoupal began their career in water resources engineering with the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District in June 2018. Ben worked there for one year before taking a position as a hydrologic engineer with Vieux & Associates, Inc. in August 2019. Ben left Vieux & Associates in January 2022 to take their current position as a water resources engineer with Emrgy.

Ben Wostoupal's educational career includes a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Environmental Science from Iowa State University, and a certification from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies in Engineer [Intern]. Ben also has a certification from NOLS - National Outdoor Leadership School in Wilderness First Aid.

They work with Hannah Desoto - Project Engineer, Lalit Roy - Senior Performance Engineer, and Will Clarizio - Mechanical Subsystem Engineer. Ben Wostoupal reports to Tom Cuthbert, CTO.
