Rachel Johnston

Rachel Johnston is an experienced professional in client relations, education, and animal control. Currently serving as Client Relations Manager at Rover Oaks Pet Resort since June 2009, Rachel oversees occupancy, manages client inquiries, and coordinates training. In addition, Rachel is an active instructor for CPR/First Aid and pet CPR with organizations like EMS Safety Services and Pet Emergency Education since 2016. Prior experience includes roles as an Animal Control Officer for the City of Sugar Land and a Correctional Officer with the North Carolina Department of Correction. Rachel holds a diploma in Business/Commerce from James Martin High School.
