Erika Croy-Brink

Erika Croy-Brink has had an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Erika worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Emser Tile, a leading tile and natural stone company. Prior to that, they held the same position at Mohawk Industries. Additionally, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Dal-Tile Services Inc. & Unilin US, where they led important initiatives and projects in sales, marketing, and employee on-boarding.
