Position Title: Fulfillment Specialist
Status: Non-Exempt
Department:  Fulfillment
Reports to: Fulfillment Manager
Location: Peachtree City, Georgia

Position Summary

Support the Fulfillment Department through monitoring and servicing equipment, diagnosing system issues, troubleshooting equipment, running calibration tests, completing reports, and the fulfillment of customer orders in coordination with internal stakeholders. 

Responsibilities

Fulfillment

  • Prepare and dispatch shipments in accordance with the destination and delivery method requested
  • Complete and file export documentation related to all shipping service directives and regulatory quality requirements
  • Communicate effectively with customers and global courier service providers
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with all couriers

Technical Support

  • Update/configure BIOS settings of equipment
  • Ensure the testing room and personal workspace is maintained and kept sanitized.
  • Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot equipment
  • Restore equipment as needed to factory specifications and replace faulty equipment.
  • Troubleshoot operating systems and networking (cloud-based platforms and routers)
  • Attend assigned training and workshops to maintain and advance knowledge of equipment and services provided by the company and industry standards

  

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in and sometimes perform on-the-job training (OJT) as required
  • Liaise with Quality department to ensure all documentation and material are current and in accordance with all applicable standards
  • Participate in annual recurrent training specific to duties and other training as recommended by the Distribution department and/or management
  • Contribute to the departmental key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings conducted by department and management
  • Actively participate in environmental, health and safety processes and procedures
  • Communicate on a frequent basis with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

  • HS diploma/GED is required
  • Technical/College preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse setting
  • Computer and/or system configuration skills a plus

  • Ability to analyze technical system and calibration of medical devices

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and high attention to detail

  • Ability to function and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting

Communication Skills

  • Written and verbal fluency in English

Working Conditions

  • Lifting and Carrying: Able to carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis
  • Hearing: Corrected hearing able to respond to emergency alarms, alerts, and warnings
  • Ability to hear via telephone, teleconference, and work-related conversations
  • Pushing/Pulling/Manipulation: Able to push and pull items in the workplace
  • Sitting: Able to sit and work in front of a computer or other machine for extended periods of time
  • Squatting/Kneeling: Able to squat and kneel as needed to retrieve or place items on low shelving
  • Standing: Able to stand for long periods of time
