With extensive experience in operational oversight, functional management framework development, and client relationship management across various clinical trial phases, Katharina has demonstrated strong skills in strategic planning, departmental profitability management, and cross-functional collaboration. Katharina's early career includes roles such as Manager of Global Monitoring Operations at Parexel, where effective team management and client relationships were prioritized, and Clinical Team Lead at Quintiles, overseeing substantial clinical trial operations in Western Europe. Academic qualifications include a Certified Research Nurse designation and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
