Leena Madhou

Leena Madhou is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Emtel since April 2012, Leena has also held the position of HR Executive and completed a key assignment with the Global HR Team at Millicom International Cellular in Luxembourg. Prior to Emtel, Leena worked at Accenture as a People Advisor Lead, focusing on Talent Management and Development, and gained valuable experience as the Assistant Human Resources Manager at Maritim Hotel Mauritius and HR Coordinator at Merville Hotel. Leena holds an Executive MBA from Rushmore Business School and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Mauritius.
