Cornelius Baidoo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and business optimization, currently serving as the Director of Business Optimization at Emterra Environmental since September 2018. Previous positions include District Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and District Operations Manager at Waste Management from March 2011 to September 2018. Earlier in the career, Cornelius held roles such as Operations Supervisor at Winners Merchants International and Route Supervisor at UPS. Cornelius began the professional journey in operations with United Parcel Services. Cornelius holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University, completed in 2007.
