Nazim Mahmudov

Nazim Mahmudov has been serving as the Chairman of the Department of Mathematics at Eastern Mediterranean University since April 2005, where also holds the title of Professor of Mathematics. In addition to academic responsibilities, Mahmudov is a member of several editorial boards, including prestigious journals such as Applied and Computational Mathematics and the International Journal of Differential Equations. Prior to this, Mahmudov worked as an Associate Professor at the Institute of Cybernetics in Baku from September 1986 to August 1993. Mahmudov obtained education at Baku State University.
