Jake Chaff

Jake Chaff is a Scientist II at Emulate, Inc. since September 2020, specializing in designing Liver-Chip experiments to meet sponsor needs in various fields such as toxicology and gene therapy. Jake performs endpoint analyses, analyzes data, creates presentations, and develops new Organ-Chips models. Prior experience includes serving as a Cell Biology Associate at Jnana Therapeutics, where drug screening and cell line characterization were key responsibilities. Jake also completed a co-op at Sanofi Genzyme, focusing on protein expression and purification, and worked as an HLA Co-op at the American Red Cross conducting genetic testing. Educationally, Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northeastern University, where studies were completed in 2020.
