Brandy Starks, MBA, MSHS, CDE®, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Brandy'smost recent position is as the Co-Founder and Board Member of the Adam and Brandy Starks Family Foundation, starting in 2023. Brandy is also the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy, as well as the Director of Proposals and Budgets at EmVenio Research.

In 2022, Brandy co-founded the CARE (Coalition for Advancing Research Equity). Prior to that, they founded and served as the President of the Clinical Trials in Color Foundation from 2018 to 2023.

Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they obtained in 2013.

In 2008, Brandy Starks enrolled at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, where they pursued a Master of Science in Health Sciences (MSHS) degree with a specialization in Clinical Research Administration, which they successfully completed in 2009.
