Scott Wallace

Scott Wallace has extensive work experience in executive search and recruitment. Scott is currently the Director of en world Executive Search & Functional Teams, where they lead the business of executive search and functional recruitment in industries such as FMCG, Automotive, Manufacturing, Luxury goods, and Technology. Scott specializes in mid-career recruitment of professionals in Finance & Accounting, HR, Legal & Compliance, and Supply Chain Management. Prior to this, Scott was the Director of en Executive Search, a brand within the en world group that focused on recruiting senior leaders in Sales & Marketing, HR, and Finance/Accounting.

Before joining en world group, Scott was the General Manager at Allegis Group, where they aimed for excellence through serving others and providing high-quality talent solutions to organizations. Scott also has experience at Boyd & Moore Executive Search as a Senior Director, managing teams focused on executive and senior level searches in various industries. Additionally, Scott served as the HR/GA Recruiting Team Manager at Wall Street Associates and worked as a Physical Education and Geography Teacher at Columbia International School in Japan and as an English Teacher at Line Up Language School in Taiwan.

Scott Wallace attended Southern Okanagan Secondary School from 1990 to 1994. From 1994 to 1999, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education & After Degree in Education (Senior High School) at Brandon University.
