Kirsty Grogan

Kirsty Grogan joined ENA in October 2020 as a training consultant, prior to this she worked in the sector for 10 years. Kirsty worked her way up from a domiciliary carer to a manager, from there she found her passion for teaching and became a trainer in the care sector. This combined both her passion for care and teaching others. What she loves most about her role is that she can utilize the skills she learned as a carer in the learning environment and help stretch and challenge learners to develop their own knowledge, skills, and confidence in their role. Working at ENA has been an amazing journey so far and that's a testament to the amazing people in her team.
