Sonia Thacker

Sonia Thacker joined ENA in February 2017. Her career in care started many years ago, working as a domiciliary care worker when her children were young. Over the years Sonia has worked hard to develop herself and fully understand the needs of both the clients and the carers. Her experience includes managing domiciliary agencies, recruitment of staff to supply the NHS, and managing a 63-bed residential home. She believes that no matter where the people are in our life journey, the people have a right to quality care when they need it. Sonia aims to enhance the experience and promotes independence, putting people back in control of their care requirements.
