Onboarding & Scheduling Manager at ENA Care Group

Stephanie Brock joined ENA Care Group in May 2021 and this is her first introduction into the care sector. Her previous experience is within the aviation industry having spent the last 20 years with an airline, beginning her career in the contact centre before moving to recruitment and training of contact centre agents. Stephanie then was given an opportunity to move to the recruitment function selecting cabin crew for the airline before looking after the end to end selection of cabin managers. She have been appointed into the role of Onboarding and Scheduling Manager within ENA and this position will support the organisation in the recruitment of new carers through to scheduling them with a suitable client.
