Matt Badger

Matt Badger is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in strategic people solutions and total rewards. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Mass General Brigham since October 2016, Matt focuses on employee experience innovation, total rewards, wellbeing, and recognition programs. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at Aon Hewitt, where Matt contributed to HR effectiveness consulting and client satisfaction for a diverse portfolio of clients. Experience also includes director-level positions at Workscape, providing insights on workforce management and HR technology, as well as earlier roles at Towers Perrin and CGU Insurance. Matt holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Wesleyan University.
