Konstantin L.

Konstantin L. is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and project leadership. Currently serving as an HR Consultant at ENABL A/S since January 2023, Konstantin leads the introduction of a modular HR management tool and oversees the onboarding of new employees. Previous experience includes working as an HR Project Manager at Arla Foods, where harmonisation processes across multiple countries were supported, and as a Human Resources Development Expert at A. Menarini Research & Business Service GmbH, where responsibilities included training conception, executive consulting, and project management of group-wide HR initiatives.
