Peter H. Kind

Kind has been a director since February 2014 and currently serves as executive director of Energy Infrastructure Advocates. From 2005 to 2009, Kind was a managing director of Bank of America Securities. He is a CPA with experience in the audit of large public energy companies and from 2009 to 2011, he was a senior managing director of Macquarie Capital.

Kind is the Chairman of both the Audit Committee and Conflicts Committee.
