Joseph Zarella

Joseph Zarella is the current Chief Operations Officer at Enable My Child. Joseph has extensive experience in business operations, including leading Business Operations for K12, an industry leader of technology-based individualized student education services. At K12, they were responsible for student Marketing & Acquisition, Information Technology, Enrollment Operations, Customer Services, and Billing/Collections Operations. Joseph transformed the company's business performance, efficiency, enrollment levels and client satisfaction, while dramatically reducing the company's structural operations costs.

Before joining K12, Joseph Zarella was the Chief Service Officer at SiriusXM from January 2006 to December 2013. During their time at SiriusXM, they grew Revenue, Customers and Profitability to record levels, making SiriusXM the world’s largest revenue grossing Radio Company, with over 25 Million subscribers. Reporting to the CEO, they led the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Operations, which comprised 300 employees and 7,000 contracted resources located in DC, NY, and Call Center locations in the USA, Cairo Egypt, Canada, Philippines and the Caribbean.

Prior to SiriusXM, Zarella was the Managing Director of Operations at Constellation NewEnergy, Inc. from January 2005 to December 2006.

Joseph Zarella holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Dallas and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Their focus is in International Finance and they have minors in Information Systems and Marketing.

Some direct reports include Tracy Ball - Director of Partnership and Client Success, Amy Agneta - Vice President of Therapist Acquisition, and Kat Daskivich - Human Resources / Payroll / Administrative Executive.
