Walter Ortega

Walter Ortega has been working in the IT field since 2015. Walter began their career as an IT Support Technician at La Michoacana Meat Market, where they provided issue resolution for Point of Sale systems, DVR systems, office PCs, and all meat scales remotely or on site. Walter then moved to HORNE LLP in 2018, where they provided troubleshooting for software and hardware issues locally and remotely, managed user and computer accounts through Active Directory, and imaged and deployed laptops for new users. In 2019, they began working at TechnipFMC as a Deployment/Field Services Technician, and at the same time, they also began working at Aldridge as a Support Technician. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Enable Resource Group as a Field Engineer and Systems Technician.

Walter Ortega attended Everest Institute-Greenspoint from 2014 to 2015 and obtained a Diploma in Information Technology Support Specialist.
