Caitlin McArdle is an experienced employability professional currently serving as the Employability Team Leader at Enable since September 2023, where leadership and coaching of employment coordinators are prioritized across various contracts in Glasgow. Prior to this role, Caitlin worked as an Employment Coordinator at Enable, focusing on the Progress for Parents and Paid Work Placements initiatives. From January 2018 to September 2023, Caitlin was an Employability Advisor at SWAMP Creative Media Centre, engaging with the Glasgow Empowering Communities Consortium to deliver employability support to clients aged 16-67. Additionally, Caitlin designed and led employability training programs for young people aged 16-24, incorporating creative media elements. Earlier experience includes serving as a Social Media Officer at the Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland from May 2017 to January 2018. Caitlin holds a Higher National Diploma in Communication and Media Studies and a Higher National Certificate in Social Sciences from City of Glasgow College.
