As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and measuring data-driven marketing programs that drive engagement across Enable’s buyer’s journey. You have driven collaboration, understanding, and buy-in across a tight-knit group of performance-based marketers. You can develop multi-channel strategies that can be tied to predictable pipeline development and bring a unique customer-centric voice to the marketplace. You are known for being a dependable, trusted partner who can navigate multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing and advocating for projects which align with organizational goals. You are naturally curious and stay on top of B2B marketing trends and are always looking for ways to simplify manual and repetitive efforts.   You are not afraid to share feedback and suggestions with empathy and actionability.

What we are asking you to do!

  • In concert with the VP of Demand Generation and a Regional Marketing Manager, lead in the development and building of campaigns that achieve growth and conversion goals for a sales territory.
  • Incrementally launch and optimize Event and Content activations and assess their performance and fit for incorporation into Evergreen Campaigns.
  • Lead Campaign planning and performance measurement with Content, Design, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing teams. Provide regular updates that drive awareness and excitement across stakeholders.
  • Dig deep into our data and audiences to identify high-value and under-served segments. Advise and recommend tactics that can drive short-term revenue, as well as those that educate and develop new audiences.
  • Research and evaluate sponsorship, content partnership, and syndication opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset that balances the need of getting things done in a timely manner while ensuring your efforts support on-going iteration, optimization, and repeatability.

What we are asking you to bring!

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B Organization. Focus on multiple verticals or geographies is a plus.
  • 2+ years of in-depth experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.com.
  • Experience with program and conversion copy for emails, landing pages, webinars, and social media.
  • Experience driving collaboration and commitment through project management platforms (Trello, Asana, Monday etc.) and impactful presentations.
  • Understanding of local email and privacy compliance and strategies to drive audience growth while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Be a storyteller. Have strong, data-based communication, presentation, and influencing skills, but know what story you’re telling. Awareness of your stakeholders and how to drive alignment and awareness with them.
  • Systematic approach to testing and refinement.
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account Based Marketing) platforms and processes as we embark on transforming to an Account-first marketing organization.
