Solutions Analyst

Job description

At Enable, we believe rebates are the best way for companies within the supply chain to create, maintain and grow their trading relationships. Rebates allow trading partners to make the best decisions for their businesses, meaning everyone wins: manufacturers, distributors, retailers and, most importantly, end consumers. At Enable, we’re creating a healthy, vibrant supply chain ecosystem where partner collaboration drives the best products, services and values to customers.   And the market agrees with us. Enable is a rapidly growing, series-D funded SaaS company. Our more than 500 Enablees serve the global supply chain from the UK, US, Canada and Australia, and we have goals of continued international expansion.   As one of our exceptional Enablees, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of rebate management. Join us in a dynamic work environment teeming with opportunities, where your efforts will not only establish our platform as the world's leading rebate management software but also help us revolutionize the entire supply chain experience.

As a Solutions Analyst you will play a key part in delivering a world-class sales experience to Enable’s prospects. We are looking for someone who has a passion for using technology to solve unique problems. If you are intrigued by the intersection of technology and business and interested in collaborating with a variety of teams, this role will suit you.

The Solutions Analyst role represents a great opportunity for career growth.  The obvious career path would be to progress to a role as a Solutions Consultant, but the Solutions Analyst role could also act as a stepping stone to a role as a Product Manager, as an Account Executive, or as an Implementation Analyst.

The priorities of the Solutions Consulting team are to: 1.     Work closely with Account Executives to assess prospect requirements and effectively demonstrate Enable’s value. 2.     Contribute to the qualifying, development and closure of sales opportunities by providing the necessary product and solutions input to the prospect. 3.     Ensure that the Enable CS team gets a comprehensive briefing on every new customer. 4.     Help in the development of the sales team’s product and solutions expertise. 5.     Assist the Product Management team with identifying new features or feature enhancements that would make Enable more appealing to prospects.   As a Solutions Analyst, your priority will be to ensure that Solutions Consultants and Account Executives have all that they need to deliver compelling demonstrations of the Enable solution – be it the high level “overview” demos that our Account Executives typically deliver or the more tailored “deep dive” demos that our Solutions Consultants typically deliver.

RESPONSBILITIES ·       Maintain and develop standard datasets that allow Account Executives and Solutions Consultants to demonstrate Enable to a wide range of prospects. ·       Configure product demonstrations that include prospects’ deals and data, in collaboration with a Solutions Consultant. ·       Contribute to RFIs and RFPs. ·       Provide advice to sales team members as required. ·       Provide ongoing training to members of the sales team. ·       Identify opportunities for process improvement, whether by introducing a new process or by overhauling an existing process.

REQUIREMENTS ·       Appetite for a sales focused role within B2B SaaS. ·       Willingness to develop a deep understanding of both the Enable product and Enable’s target industries. ·       Ability to work effectively under pressure and provide deliverables to agreed timelines. ·       Ability to quickly develop a clear understanding of what’s required to achieve an objective. ·       Willingness to work independently, seeking support as required rather than waiting for direction.  ·       Analytically minded, with experience of analysis projects gained in education or in the workplace. ·       Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. ·       Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
