Ian Pleasance

Ian Pleasance is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and architecture roles across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Enable since November 2022, Ian specializes in procurement and financial management solutions. Previously, Ian held key positions such as Head of Excellence at hyperexponential and Principal Engineer and Architect at JUST EAT, where contributions included platform redesigns that enhanced online ordering during the Covid pandemic. Ian co-founded Mindings, focusing on addressing social isolation among the elderly through technology, and has also led significant digital transformations at News UK and the Financial Times, demonstrating expertise in cloud services, micro-service architecture, and integration engineering. Ian holds an HND in Computer Science from Anglia Ruskin University, completed between 1986 and 1988.
